If you decide not to complete the registration/qualification, your thyssenkrupp business partner will contact you and/or take appropriate actions.

For this purpose, the administrator of your SAP Business Network account/Ariba Network account can create a new contact. You can then forward the questionnaires flexibly to this contact. You will find detailed instructions on how to do this in the quick guides on this page.

The administrator of your SAP Business Network account/Ariba Network account can create your user or access permissions correctly and assign the questionnaires accordingly.

There can be two reasons for this:

1. you do not have permission to view the questionnaires; in this case please contact the administrator of your SAP Business Network account/ Ariba Network account.

2. you have an adblocker active; in this case please add an exception in the adblocker. You can find a corresponding help on this page in the Quick Guides section.

To transfer administrator rights, please contact Ariba Support.

This error message may appear if you use a dynamic IP address.  The system interprets the changing IP address as a threat and automatically closes the web session.

If you are sure that your company does not have an account yet, you can proceed with the creation of your company account by clicking on the link in the third indent of the message.

Unfortunately thyssenkrupp is not able to link you to an Ariba Network ID/ANID. Please use the option to use an already existing account during the registration process. Here you can log in with your common credentials to link your ANID.

In this case, please use the possibility to log in with your common login credentials during the registration. In this step you can use your already established account and connect your ANID.

In such a case, please contact the corresponding thyssenkrupp employee - they can "request additional information" from you during the approval process. This will allow you to edit the questionnaire again and correct your error.

If the questionnaire is ready for modification, you have the possibility to click the "Revise Response" button within the questionnaire. After you have used this, you can modify the questionnaire and resubmit your answers for approval.

If the "Revise Response" button is not active, the questionnaire is with the thyssenkrupp employee for approval. In this case, please contact them directly and request a correction option.
